About Us
Hello, my name is Rebecca Cook. I would like to tell you a little about our family. I am married to my wonderful husband, Mark, and we have eight fantastic kids including one daughter-in-law. My kids ages are 26, 23, 19, 18, 15, 14, 14, and 11. I'm the eldest of 12 children myself so I've been taking care of, or helping to take care of kids for literally 36 years!
We are a very close knit family. We love to camp at the desert, ride quads, fish, camp at the beach, swim, dance, we LOVE animals, LOVE kids... we just plain love life and are thankful for everyday that we are given to be together and make a positive difference in the world and in the lives of the people we serve. Mark and I are born and raised here in SoCal as are my parents.
My husband and I started our child care business because there was a real need in our community for safe, reliable, child care. We opened our doors with an open heart and continue to do so to this day. We find that our lives have been richly rewarded by the little lives that touch ours as well as the friendships that we've made with the parents of the children over the years. I feel, that we actually learn more from the children than they learn from us... children are truly amazing! We are strong advocates for children and firmly believe that it truly takes a community to raise a child. I believe that my family offers a safe, warm, loving environment that is comfortable and stable; your child's home away from home if you will. Most never want to leave to go home!
